Service Description
Through this 15-minute video call we'll listen to your needs and explore whether we think we can add value. On requesting to book the session, you'll receive an email confirming the booking. Your booking confirmation will contain a video call link. Please do let us know if you will be delayed or need to reschedule as early as possible. We kindly ask that you only book this option if you intend to explore a genuine project with us. Unfortunately, this service can't be used to ask for free advice where there is no intention to procure our services. We already give a great deal of pro-bono support to charity projects.
Cancellation Policy
RESCHEDULING Whilst rescheduling your session can be disruptive we know that it's sometimes necessary. For paid services, we allow clients to reschedule their sessions at no charge if these are rescheduled at least 1 hour in advance. We'd encourage you to reschedule as opposed to cancelling your session. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations should be made as early as possible. We will refund cancellations made at least 1 hours in advance. Your service fee will be lost if you provide less than 1 hours notice. We will wait on calls for 10 minutes. Unfortunately we cannot lose vital work time waiting longer.
