FindBookPay (formerly ESME Creative) design and build systems and websites that meet the varying needs of small and medium businesses. We're particularly popular amongst public and charity-based projects given our credentials and background working with these clients and as a data protection and accessibility savvy Wix partners.
We've worked with a range of businesses including coaches, florists, travel agencies, membership organisations, council-funded projects, village halls, charities, partnered projects, pet shops, food and home shops, construction and trades.

Lead Consultant, Dr Tracey Wond, has a PhD in Business and works with clients to not only ensure their websites look good but that the business processes underpinning them are optimised and efficient for both you and your clients and visitors.
Where we began
Originally trading as ESME Creative, we began as a part-time venture in 2016 to support community organisations to develop their branding. Organically, ESME Creative expanded to support small and medium businesses, and became a viable business in its own right. Today, we have a range of clients on our books from charities to construction firms, to crafters, to florists. We've not lost our roots and support a range of community and charitable organisations through a range of pro-bono and reduced price projects.
In September 2022, we rebranded and FindBookPay came to be. It reflects the purpose of our work with clients - supporting them to get Found Online, Booked, and Paid.
More about Tracey.
Dr Tracey Wond is the Director and Lead Consultant of FindBookPay. She has spent much of her working life in the University sector where she became a Head of Research in a business school - although she worked outwardly into organisations and local authorities/public bodies a great deal too. Tracey has board level experience as a trustee, former non-profit Director and private sector and university leadership roles.
Following the success of ESME Creative and her passion for more creative ventures, Tracey left the University sector in 2020. Tracey has built websites for over 10 years and self-trained in a range of design packages before pursuing a Diploma in Graphic Design. Building ESME Creative and now FindBookPay up to reach the highest level of Wix partnership. Today, she and ESME Creative engage in continuing professional development to ensure we're at the cutting edge of Wix and website developments.
Tracey's research work in business subjects has been published in a range of international business journals, books and at international conferences. She has also worked (and continues to work) with a range of national and international organisations on strategic aspects of their business, business planning and performance monitoring. She also has a PhD in Business.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and cycling.

FindBookPay are based on the South Derbyshire/Staffordshire border and serve the UK and Beyond.
We conduct most of our client meetings over video conference. Alternatively, we meet in person or at venues over coffee. We also provide coaching and facilitation at workplaces across the UK.
